Design
We offer front end design for manufacture (DFM) of the cast parts through feasibility, redesign, simulation, tooling considerations and final sample support to ensure best cost and delivery times are met.
High Pressure
Large complex mould tools for volume production. We can manufacture up to 12.5 Tons for die cast machines up to 2500T using top quality heat treated tool steels.
Low Pressure
Large complex mould tools and sand core-boxes for leading manufactures. We design and manufacture the steel tools along with frames to fit the die cast machines.
Gravity
Dies and core boxes for challenging new products are our speciality. Complete tooling cells can be specified and manufactured alongside the machines and ancillary equipment.
